MaryAnne Simmons Licensed Principal Broker in 6 states is a certified Guild member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, and has been in the Real Estate profession for 24 years and is a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant and a  Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.  She has or has currently owned 9 second homes and invests in multi-family and pre-construction properties.

Ann Wesley, a Realtor on our Team has 22 years experience in Property Management and specializes in multi-family/investment properties (sales and managing) as well as residential.  She manages our Rental Division.

Curt Sharff, specializes in residential properties and is in our Luxury division (also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing)  manages our Horse Farm Division (growing up in the Bluegrass and being around horses all his life Curt is also an Auctioneer and leads our Auction Division.

Ryan Vandanaker, a CPA, specializes in commercial/Investment Real Estate and property management.
